Due to the lack of international standards and guidance, Fan Services & Experience processes and procedures are being developed independently by each event, stadium, or organization. This results in fans being exposed to inconsistent offerings, potentially undermining trust in the value, reliability, and quality of Fan Services & Experience.
During periods when multiple major sports events occur simultaneously, shortages in the availability of qualified Fan Services & Experience professionals are not uncommon. When recruiting for these roles, event organizers, clubs, and stadiums can only assess candidates' relevant skills based on professional experience, which is difficult to measure, situation-dependent, and often unclear. When only less experienced professionals are available, the steep learning curve can present significant challenges.
