He is the author of the Service Playbook, the definitive guide to service operations at events.
A regular speaker at international forums, he has presented on crowd safety, fan experience, and service excellence at the iSSUE Conference, S4 Congress, Event Safety Summit (Johannesburg), Impulse Summit at the University of St. Gallen, and the Global Crowd Management Alliance Congress — across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
