This Privacy Policy explains how S3Basics (operated by Thyr Rodrigues, based in Switzerland — the “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use our website and courses. We handle your data in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. What we collect

  • Your email address — provided when you purchase a course through our payment provider.
  • Your WhatsApp number — when you message our course bot to start a free trial or a purchased course.
  • Payment information — card and billing details are collected and processed entirely by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Website usage data — anonymised or pseudonymised data (such as pages visited and device type) via analytics and advertising cookies. See Section 5.

2. How we use your data

  • To deliver the courses you purchase or request, via WhatsApp.
  • To process your payment and send your purchase confirmation.
  • To respond to your questions and provide support.
  • To understand how our website is used and to improve it.
  • To measure and improve our advertising.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers we rely on to run S3Basics:

  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • WhatsApp / Meta — course delivery and messaging.
  • ManyChat — WhatsApp messaging automation and course delivery.
  • Squarespace — website hosting.
  • Google and Meta — website analytics and advertising.

Each of these providers processes your data under their own privacy terms.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as needed to provide your courses, meet legal and accounting obligations, and support your account. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see Section 7).

5. Cookies & tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions, analytics (Squarespace Analytics, Google Analytics) and advertising (Meta Pixel). These help us understand site usage and measure our ads. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
